1. Limit sun exposure (A must) it feels good! Yes, we know… but just keep your self under a hat and use the highest sun block.
2. Use a mask once every two months to tone and tighten your skin, even do is temporary but this will stimulate and will clean your pores and recondition the skin.
3. Don’t forget your eyes; they play the most important roll of your personality and bring life to your face, so keep your eyebrows lined and curl your lashes, this will give you the young look, oh! I almost forgot; apply highlighter to your line expressions.
4. Don’t use face powder during the day, if you are middle age, unless is in the night if you’re going out; the powder can make your creases look deeper.
5. Have a good hair style or hair do; for example: ponytail, bangs will hide those forehead wrinkles & will give the young look so quick, just say the magic word… Bang!
6. Is a must to use a good moisturizer to plump and hydrate your cells and have younger looking skin.
7. Cut back caffeine, if your skin really needs a lift, this is what you have to do to have a youthful skin, some sacrifices may apply! Caffeine makes it very unlikely that the skin cells will ever pick up enough water, even if you drink a gallon of water a day, so take this in consideration. This will help you to look younger…this is the goal isn’t.
8. Don’t smoke it is prove that will damage the micro-capillaries and accelerate aging.
9. Eat healthy, balance diet; this every body knows but not everybody fallows, simple…eat lots of fruits and vegetables; just carry some fruit and vegetables in your purse or workout bag! And stay away of refined sugars, processed delicious foods.
10. Exercise; this is good for overall blood circulation and the hardest of them all
11. Is trying not to frown, is taking away some facial expressions literally…try your best.
