Being stressed is the worst thing that someone could have, from sensations to confusions etc.
What you can do to feel stress relief.
BE ACTIVE…GET MOVING!
Get your time! yes get a physical activity just for you. It is proved that people that exercise more have less stress and are more positive.
- You can have more stamina and energy ( won’t give you time to stress your self on thinking negative thoughts)
- Improves sleep ( this is good because you could go to sleep fast and feel energized for tomorrow)
- Get something that you like to do, or if you don’t know what to do try something new.
- Dance salsa
- Aerobics
- Yoga
- Tennis
- Basketball
- Swimming etc. Feel good about your self is the best.
- Maybe you just need a good hair color, nails done (hey try something new, why not)
Identifying in your self what do you need?
Social time or alone time?
Stress basically is someone that gets irritated easily, sad,etc. Well identify your trouble… usually people do know what they may need to get rid of their stress, maybe some one need few hours alone; If you think about it…. the kids always around, husband, family etc. and they want to escape….Well run! (identify What is going on)
Take your time off to recharge your batteries if that is your issue, plan for someone to take your kids to the park meanwhile you practice some relaxation techniques in your home.
If you like to be social or need social time maybe you can go to a facility and learn something new with a group of people, maybe that will motivate you to stay more positive and come back re-energized for your own peace of mind.
What is the better part to stress relief, we can get stress relief on other things like preventing obesity, reduce the risk of chronic diseases or high blood pressure.
Be positive, be nice and be happy.
Consider all the good that physical activity can do for you!…..Just 30 min a day is all it takes!
