How to put in eye contacts
What you will need:
Clean hands
Close-up mirror
Clean eye, free of oils and makeup
The best way to handle this process is to wash your hands and dry them naturally so you won’t have left over fiver on your hands and then pass it on to your eye contacts.
Remember to have a gentle touch to your eye and to your contacts.
Make sure you clean your lenses before putting them on, otherwise if your solution is contaminated it will stick to your contacts and will be painful to your iris so your eye won’t stop crying.
Is important to be relax and try to look at your contact so it will be easier to stick to the iris because is easier to put the contact directly to the roundest of your iris instead to the plain eye and then you will have to search for the contact, will make it little harder and painful ….Just take your time, breathe normal and take a break if you are getting frustrated… over time will be easier.
Always handle with care, don’t touch your lenses with your nails at all, pour the contact to your hand and work from there, place it on using your index or middle finger.
Make sure you put them right, you will notice a comfortable shape of your lens like a smooth bowl, but if it is inside out you will notice a sharp edge and will not look comfortable to wear like the picture below.

Balance your contact in you index, make sure the edges are up.
Hold your eyelid if you can contain blinking so it wont hold you longer
Remember Don’t force on your lense, stay relaxed and try again
If you go it in your eye but not on your cornea ‘colored part’…do not close your eye until you retouch your contact and place it in place, if you close you may push it out.
Don’t give out! Try again!
If you have to go out and you want to use your colored contacts just put them on earlier from 3 to 4 hrs before going out, so it won’t look red and you will look better and you wont show that you were crying trying to put your lens in…
Learning to put on contact lenses can be hard at first, but just matter of time…
Be happy and try more colors, have fun!
