Take your time…don’t hurt your self, do it carefully, gradually go up to (40 rep.)

Double chin Exercise # 2

Press your tongue with your palate (ruff of your mouth 6-8 sec.) You must press with the tip of the tongue. (10 times a day)

Double chin Exercise # 3
Genie in the Bottle.
Cross your arms by your chest and stretch your neck forward until you feel tension. Rotate a little to your right and stay there for (4 seconds), move to the left and do the same (5 times a day)
