How to get the best eyebrow wax

If you want to use the wax then I may recommend for you to go with an expert, because is a little messy and if you try to do it your self will take you few more minutes than going to the spa; or you can call your friend to help you…but just make sure she knows what is she doing if  not you will end up with no brows or even lashes.. jk

But, if you still want to try is ok too!

To try this at home you may have to take some considerations, like:

Prepare your skin

For this you have to clean the area with a cotton ball and use an eye cleaner free of oils, your skin has to be clean or makeup and oils before this procedure.

Fallow the directions

Fallow the directions of the manufacturer to heat up the wax and your skin may be more sensitive than your friends, so before you put it in your face, tested in your hand to see that is not too hot.

Have the strips ready

Cut the strips of the cloth about 1-inch to 1-1/2 and little longer that your eyebrow and place them next to you.

Have your eyebrow arch ready

Mark the lines or where you want the arch for this check (for this go to eyebrow arches on ‘Makeup Tips’)

After you have your arch mark get ready to place the wax in your eye lid, pull the eyelid slightly going upwards and place the wax, after you tested of course! place it slowly where you want to remove the hair, place the strip and pressing the strip for 5 or 6 times to ensure that the wax and hair are in the strip and before you take the strip off, make sure you are holding the skin upwards, to make sure that all the hair is coming off; pull the strip always the opposite way of the natural hair growth…listo!

If the hairs didn’t come all off is because it was cold your wax when was applied or you missed that spot… This usually happens to newbie’s … oh! well nobody becomes an expert in a few days right! …Just reapply.
