Why do we give candy to the child….well so we can rid of the kid, right! In reality eating something sweet can produce morphine (kind of a pain blocker) this benefits adults, kids, even animals.

Well express yourself! Why not, adding your feelings on a piece of paper is actually beneficial to a healthy well being. Write all what you are thinking…even the worse, just let it go. What do you would like to say to that person “in case of a third person”, or maybe to yourself… don’t be modest and just keep moving that pen. Using a good smell it eases your Stress-Pain, whatever pain you may feel. For example people recommends lavender because this aroma increases your body on to have waves that can make you smell and then feel better. This aroma can relax you from almost anything…can even boost you on a depression!
In reality almost any aroma can make you feel better…change your cologne or perfume or even your car deodorizer and get a new one…changing is good vibe and a positive wave for you. Try it!
